James McCullagh (20 Mar 1954 - 2 Mar 2024)
Funeral Director
In loving memory of James McCullagh, who sadly passed away on 2nd March 2024, aged 69 years.
He leaves behind two daughters, Sharon (51) and Lisa (48), three Grandchildren, Maria (32), Courtney (24), and Rebecca (23), and two sons-in-law, Richard (55) and Alex (45), along with his beloved brother Brian, his special sister-in-law Liz, and his close nephew William.
James McCullagh was more than just a member of our family - he was the glue that held us together, the light that brightened our days, and the heart that loved us unconditionally. His laughter was infectious, his wit sharp, and his heart enormous. He had a remarkable way of making each of us feel special and loved. His charm captivated everyone he met, and his generosity knew no bounds.
One of his most endearing qualities was his sense of humour. He had the extraordinary ability to find humour in the most ordinary situations, turning everyday moments into memorable ones. Even in challenging times, he could make us laugh, brightening our spirits and reminding us of the joy in life.
James had a profound impact on our lives, and he will be deeply missed. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but we are grateful for the time we had with him and for the memories that we will cherish forever. We will remember him for his love, his laughter, and his indomitable spirit.
As we navigate through this difficult time, let us remember James as he was - a beacon of love, laughter, and light. While we may no longer hear his laughter or see his smile, his spirit will live on in our hearts and in the countless lives he touched. His legacy is one of love, joy, and resilience, and we will honour him by living out these values in our own lives.
James, you were a blessing in our lives, and we are forever grateful for every moment we shared with you. You will always be in our hearts and will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, James. Your memory will forever be a guiding light in our lives.
Please keep our Granda and our Father alive by sharing memories and funny stories of him with your loved ones.
He will never be forgotten, and now he can be together again with his wife Lily.
