Passed away peacefully at Cedar Lodge Care Home , Wigston on Monday 16th November 2015 aged 49 years.
Loving mother of Sophie, beloved daughter of Jeff and the late Frances, much loved sister of Tracey and Kerry, caring auntie to Chloe and Joe, sister-in-law and great-auntie.
'She will always be missed and never forgotten but is suffering no longer'.
Funeral service will take place at Loughborough Crematorium on Tuesday 1st December 2015 at 3.30pm
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the benefit of Children's Kidney Care may be left on the doantions plate at the service or can handed to the family.
