Great nana, you will be very missed. I have so many great memories and am very sad you have passed. I loved popping in to yours for a cup of tea on the way home from shopping in Nottingham with mum and squeezing through your little door. You would stand outside and wave until we got to the end of the street. I loved seeing the photos of all the family in your hallway. As a kid, I loved your garden and seeing tomatoes in your greenhouse. You featured in my junior school newspaper, as I interviewed you about WW2. I'll have to have a look in my memory box and find it. I remember going round to yours around Christmas time and you put on a huge buffet, I especially remember the bread sticks. I was terrified of your very steep road and used to scream going down it as a kid.
I tell people I have a great nana and they are always shocked, and even more shocked when I say you are a great great nana!! When you met Ally and he sat on your knee that was such a lovely memory for me and I'll treasure that time and photo. I'm very sad you didn't get chance to meet Eva but I'm glad you saw lots of photos of her and she would of loved a cuddle.
Lots of love and we will all miss you xxx
