In loving memory of Joanne Neill, a beloved daughter, mother, and friend, who peacefully passed away on February 10th, 2024, at the age of 46 years. Joanne lived a life with resilience, compassion, and creativity.
Born on 13/02/1977, Joanne embarked on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Over the past decade, she conquered personal challenges, and emerged as a beacon of strength and inspiration to all who knew her.
Joanne's rediscovered her passion for art, leading her to create beautiful works within her community. In October 2019, she faced a new challenge with unwavering courage when diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite the difficulties, Joanne channeled her pain into her artwork, using it to advocate for women's body positivity and empowerment.
Throughout her life, Joanne was known for her kindness, humor, and down-to-earth spirit. She selflessly prioritised the well-being of her family and friends, always going the extra mile.
Joanne's leaves a legacy of love and resilience which will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched. She leaves behind a lasting imprint on the hearts of her loved ones and the community she was a part of.
She will be deeply missed and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice, where Joanne found peace, MacMillan Cancer Support, who provided support throughout her cancer treatment, or Against Breast Cancer, a research fund for treatments against secondary breast cancer.
