In loving memory of James (Jim) Thomson who sadly passed away on 30th January 2024. Jim passed away peacefully at the City Hospital, Nottingham and will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Maria, his sister and brother in law Dorothy and Shay, daughters Caroline and Veronica, son and daughter in law Iain and Claire, and his 7 grandchildren, Nick, Joe, Dan, Beth, Andrew, Milli and Amy.
Jim’s body will be received into The Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church on Thackeray’s Lane on the evening of 25th February at 16:45pm. The funeral will take place the following day from the same location at 11am. All are welcome to attend. We kindly ask that no flowers are sent in remembrance of Jim. Instead they ask that a donation is made to The Blood Cancer Charity (link provided).
