I knew Evelyn through her time living at Almond Court, she was one of the first people I was introduced to when I started working there. I quickly came to know Evelyn for the pure soul that she is, she was always so kind and caring and I am glad I had the pleasure of meeting her in this life. I hope she is at peace now, and I am sorry to Evelyn’s family for their loss.

Spent many happy times in the McGinley home in Singer Street as a child and Whin Street as a teenager. I was always made to feel welcome and it was like a second home to me and always lead great laugh with Evelyn . She was a straight talker an and funny with it. Rest easy Evelyn and hope you are partying upstairs with Peter and Patrick ❤️x
