In loving memory of John Smith who sadly passed away on 19th January 2024
John lived in Barham, he spent many of his younger years in Wickham Market.
He was the beloved husband of the late Anne Smith, devoted father to Pat, Andrew and Elizabeth and dearly beloved brother of Derek and Mick. He had seven grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by us all.
John was a Charge Nurse at St Audrey’s Hospital for many years. He loved his sport and was an enthusiastic Ipswich Town FC supporter. He also played Bowls and enjoyed visiting many grounds in the area. He lived his life to the full and recently enjoyed his 89th birthday.
He passed away peacefully in Ipswich Hospital after a short illness, which he bravely fought.
