Loving wife to Tony, Mum to Jamie and Wendy, Granny Pat to Holly, Gemma, Thomas, Jacob, Iona and Scarlett.

Auntie to Penny, John, Carol, Paul and Coralin.

You will sadly be missed but now together with your twin Pam and brothers, Kenneth, Jimmy, Philip, Alan, Jack and Peter.

Instead of flowers we are donating towards Dementia UK.
