Peacefully, with loved ones at his side, on December 31st aged 81 years, Harry. The much-loved dad of Allison, Tracey, Stephen, Stewart and a dear father-in-law, a treasured grandad, great-grandad, great-great-grandad and dearly loved brother of Sadie. Forever in our hearts.

Family and friends please meet on Thursday January 11th for service in Durham Crematorium at 3:30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for St Benedict’s Hospice. A donation box will be available in the crematorium. For those wishing to raise a toast in Harry’s honour, please meet in The Britannia Inn, Houghton-le-Spring.

I light a candle today for your birthday , your such a miss Harry your here with us and I promise we won’t leave you on the shelf for long you told me I wasn’t allowed to , but just a bit more time is needed for us to let you go always thinking of you and things you said and did our memories are strong and will stay alive within our family for eternity,love you xxx
