In loving memory of Pat Simons, who passed away peacefully in Dorking on Christmas day, aged 93 years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday 23 January at Randalls Park, Leatherhead, at 12.30pm. Family flowers only.
