Mum had great treatment from Guys Hospital and Jeremy for many years and Crohn's and Colitis UK is a very good cause.

A small contribution in memory of my favourite patient who dealt with her Crohn's disease over so many years with a positvity and resilience few could match - simply a joy to treat and the loveliest person.
