Patricia McSweeney 'Pat' passed away peacefully on 27th November 2023. Wife of the late Noel, much loved mum to Jill, Ann and James and their families. Funeral Service at West Suffolk Crematorium, Abbey Chapel on Monday 18th December 2023 at 3.30pm.
