You were so brave, fought so hard for over 4 years to stay with your family. We knew it was a battle you were not going to win, but you gave everything you had, and more, even when you were exhausted, to be with and care for others. You were so selfless, kind, caring, loving and supportive and everyone who got to know you fell in love with you. You were quite simply, one in a million, a truly amazing human being. My world will never be the same without you. I will never get over losing you and the amazing and special relationship we shared. Nobody has ever loved me, cared for me, or protected me the way that you did. I'm everything I am, because you loved me. I love you to the moon and back. Forever in my heart, life and thoughts. Xxx ♥️
