Jacqueline Ann Ballard (Jac) passed away suddenly but peacefully on November 23rd 2023 aged 66. A loving wife to Gareth, devoted mother to Amy & Emily and an adored grandmother to Joshua, Sophie & Dylan. She will be deeply missed by all her family & friends. Her funeral will be held at Sedgemoor crematorium on Monday 18th December 2023 at 12 noon. Please add some colour to your outfit as she loved bright colours 🌈
