In loving memory of William "Bill" Cunningham who sadly passed away on 16th November 2023, age 77.
Bill is much loved by many and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
Bill was formally diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease just 6 weeks before passing, after his health had steadily deteriorated over the year prior. Bill was so very brave and stoic in the face of this awful disease, with Gill never leaving his side, and to the end was always more concerned with the effect the disease was having on those caring for him than for himself.
MND has no cure and no one patient's journey is the same. For this reason we are asking for donations to a Just Giving page in Bill's memory for the Motor Neurone Disease Association which helps thousands of families who may require personalised support to help them navigate the challenges of this devastating and heart-breaking disease. The Association also funds and promotes research to achieve new understanding and find treatments, and hopefully bring us closer to finding a cure for MND.
