St Elizabeth Hospice and the community team were so supportive throughout the time mum was at home. They cared not only for Mum but for Me and Dad too. Always made sure we were ok.

I too worked with Pam at the hospital sat with her everyday for lunch and chatted together we bith moved wards and still we sat together for lunch everyday.. she was more than a collegue she was a friend, she was one of my hens and came to my wedding...im soo sorry i wasnt always there for you but i am soo glad you were a part of my life.. and not just you Ken aswell x
Pam you will always be in our hearts,you have been so brave and postive in life, you have shown to everyone that life goes on. You never gave up the fight to live, but sadly the big C managed to take you away from us,but what it hasn't managed to take, is your smiley face, which we will always cherrish forever. RIP Pamxx
