In loving memory of Paul (Ned) Sherlock who sadly passed away on 19th October 2023. He was adopted and arrived with his new family in simply the clothes he was wearing and a tin of Cow & Gate baby milk powder. He kept the tin for his whole life (although not the baby clothes!).
He was a very talented wood worker, having started out at the age 16 in an apprenticeship at Tuffs Boat Builders in London and he built and restored many beautiful pieces of furniture and crafted many beautiful models. He had an amazing eye for detail.
He was also a very talented musician and spent some time touring in Europe and the US with various bands. Above all, he adored his 4 boys, Arthur, Eddy, Fred and Eric and he also adored his family and many friends. He has left a massive hole in all our hearts.

A day of a different variety when you so kindly arranged a tour round a warship HMS….. maybe Victory??? We even managed to slip in a drink in the Captains Quarters and resisted detonating the nuclear war heads!

I found this photo in my photo album from a long time ago, you were about 19/20 and I was 15, we wrote to each other for many years. You were a nice sweet guy and I'm glad I knew you 💙❤️
