Rest in piece Cova as you travel along the way to your.new home. Cova a devoted Dad Granfather and husband. Cova and myself shared many Conversations about the family in the UK he was very loyal to his family in Jamaica especially his loving Mum as a matter of fact he took care of her until her eyes closed. I knew Cova and his Son as a teenager when he came to London and as the years go by he would make many visits to London on many Occassion’s to catch up with the family and tell us stories about Jamaica. However the family got smaller and smaller as we got older and older some of the family was called home and some returned to Jamaica.Nesburn/cova would call me direct to find out how we were. But my biggest surprised was when I received that call confirming that he was getting married at such a late stage in his life he sounded happy and content we spoke a little about his decision to get married. Even if I wanted to I could not changed his mind he confirmed that he love his new relationship and her name was Pearl, she she was the one he was waiting for all these years. After the call I could still hearan feel the joy and comfort that he was feeling for his new intended bride to be. The wedding took place but unfortunately I was traveling on the same date so I did not attend his wedding but in my heart I know that my Cousin Cova had found love the love that he had searched for all his life. A remarkable man that lived for his family. I am so happy that God was able to reward him with a loving and devoted wife that gave him companionship and took care of him Until his final days, along with his Son and Grandchildren’s. I take comfort today knowing that he.is United with all his family above .
Ride on Mr Nesburn,/ Cova May you continue to be blessed and love in your new home over yonder. To his wife and extended family the memories and legacy that he has left behind will never be forgotten thank you all for making his life worthwhile living. From Janice regret that I am unable to attend the funeral but my thoughts and love will be with you all. From a close family residing in Jamaica always in my heart.

To Mrs Braham and Family,
Our condolences to you all.
My memories of Nesburn, known to many as Georege/Cova:
To me and other members of the family he was Cova. I was introduced to Cova by my parents Hisland and Aunty Fed in 1968. However, upon Cova and his son Ewart many visits to our house in London. Mr Nesburn(Cova) naturally loved his family unconditionally therefore , distance travelling from Darby every opportunity he had, didn’t bother him in the least, as Prince George Rd, North London-was the place that all relatives, friends would meet on a regular basis. Especially major holidays when everyone could unwind and chat about the good old days, as a young man growing up in Jamaica. Prince George Rd was a home to many, it was full of laughter and warmth , which everyone knew they were always welcome and you didn’t need any invitation.
Cova on the 17th October 2023, God called you home, unfortunately this appointment you couldn’t turn down, the master called and you had to answer, in your own ‘Gentle and calm voice, “ you answered yes..” You will be missed by many who had the pleasure of knowing you. Cova your task on Earth is completed, ‘The Master has called you home. R.I P.
Mr Nesburn.
