In loving memory of Gordon Sladen who sadly passed away on 29th September 2023.
A very much missed father, husband, grandad, grandpa and friend to many, Gordon impacted the lives of everyone he met and will be fondly remembered for his humble, caring approach to life and the dedication with which he practiced in both medicine and the many roles and reponsibilities he took on later in life.
Gordon spent many years giving his own time to the Heart of Kent Hospice and the family were very grateful for the care given to him by the Hospice in his final days. If you would like to make a donation, the hospice would have been one of Gordon's preferred charities - you can find their details below.
We will be holding a cremation service for Gordon at Medway Crematorium on Friday 27th October at 12.30pm
