Sorry your funeral had a few unforeseen hurdles to overcome courtesy of the storm overhead but as always I’m sure you could see the funny side!

So sad not to be able to attend funeral, due to storm Ciaran, and to honour the life of such a sweet man. I last saw you about 10 years ago and am very sorry that I was not a faithful friend or cousin, but we enjoyed some lovely correspondence. Love you Brian and remember you SO fondly. Omg!! I just found out from my friend I was so heart broke I last saw him in the summer cutting the hedges in the garden and cleaning the kitchen for him . He was such a good friend I've know him for 38 years. Can't believe he gone such a shock to me . I will miss you, it will not be the same without you. Rip Brian sleep tight 🙏xxx
