In loving memory of Anthony Corrigan who sadly passed away on 28th October 2015
Tony was born in Broadgreen Hospital Liverpool where he spent the first few years of his life and childhood before moving to Corby Northants and attending Southwood Senior School. Anthony had 2 sisters and a brother Mark , Julie and Louise which he shared a close friendship and bond with throughout his childhood and even into adulthood. As Cogs grew up he met Jackie one day hanging around the Briggie and the love blossomed between the two, and in 1983 the first child Louise came along, following a 10 year relationship Cogs and Jackie decided to tie the knot just before baby number 2 (there son Anthony) came along.
Cogs and Jackie moved to 22 Lincoln Way Corby before the arrival of Anthony Jnr but it was not long before they were on to pasteurs new with Cogs taking a new role in Corby Borough Council and buying there first house 49 Oldenburgh Road on the Danesholme estate. During this time Tony would often take as many of his family as possible on holiday and would go by any means necessery (remember the scooby doo van nicole?) he always put family first and would walk to the end of the earth to help any of them. In 2003 Cogs and Jackie decided to try a new life in the countryside of Spalding Lincolnshire and Tony set up his business Rodders Draincare Services which then gave many of years of service to some big companies and some average joe's , Tony retired after 10 years of business and re located back to Corby where he settled and found his new local the Beefeater.
Im sure we can all agree he brought us all a smile and a laugh and the world of facebook wont ever be the same no matter how much we cringed or laughed at the time.
A Loving Son, Father, Husband, Brother, Friend and a true gentleman
Always in our hearts and never forgotten
Love you always xx
