In loving memory of Trevor John Sercombe who sadly passed away on 11th September 2023

Born in Louth to Olive and Albert (dad) Trevor lived in Exeter through his younger years with his sister Priscilla and joined British Rail working at Star Cross station before moving to the bright lights of London. There he continued to work for British Rail for another 34 years. He met (mum) Hillary in Reading and they got married in 1969 having twin boys in 1971, they lived in Didcot until the early 80’s when they moved to Swindon.
Dad always put his family at the centre of everything he done and we would regularly go on days out and longer summer holidays abroad all over Europe. Mum and dad also enjoyed travelling on their own and took trips to the USA, Russia and cruises in later years.
If you could sum dad up in a few words it would be a loving family man who would put everyone before himself and a man who never complained and who had an amazing sense of humour and a mischievous twinkle in his eye.
We’ll hold you in our hearts and memories forever and miss you every day until we see you again.
Sleep tight and we all love you very much xxx
