On 12th September 2023, suddenly in hospital, aged 62 years, Eric, loving and much loved husband of Denise, proud and loved dad of Craig, forever remembered as Papa P by Natalie and also a fantastic brother, brother in law, uncle and friend to so many.
Family and friends are invited to escort Eric’s cortege on foot from his home on Tuesday 3rd October 2023 at 1.30pm. Those not able to walk are welcome to wait at the gates of Dewsbury Moor Crematorium to meet the cortege at 1.50pm. Eric’s service will be held in the chapel at 2pm.
Please don’t be maudling, wear a touch of colour, Dewsbury colours would be most welcome.
No flowers by request, donations in Eric’s memory would be appreciated for the benefit of The British Heart Foundation and Andy’s Man Club.

I didn't know Eric that well but on his way up or down from the George he would always stop, shake hands, have a chat and stroke the dog, so sorry for your loss.

To Denise and family so sorry to hear about Eric's passing I was flabbergasted when I found out. Eric was a good man and always spoke to me on his way back from the paper shop on a morning when I was walking to work. Great family man too and still carnt believe hes not with us. I hope hes at rest now thought. RIP Eric will miss our chats in the street and club.

I still cannot believe this has happened. I'm lost for words, I will miss you loads mate! we've had so many laughs and great days out, which I will cherish for ever. Missing your banter already! And your horse tips! Love you always Eric xx
