Our beloved Fabio/Daddy/Nonno passed away peacefully on Friday 1st September 2023 having walked into the hospital seven weeks before. His funeral will take place at Hawkinge Crematorium at 12.30 pm on Thursday, 14th September and afterwards at Etchinghill Golf Club where we shall be raising a glass to him.
Fabio always used to say that he had won life's lottery and he had those few weeks to express the joy and love he had in his life.
Rather than sending flowers we would prefer it if you made a donation (however small and only if you would like to) to Children With Cancer UK. Fabio said many times that he was so aware that, unlike young people with this disease, he had lived with great health for 79 years. So, we feel that he would have wanted to support this charity in its research and its care for young people and their families living with cancer.
