Doug our world will never be the same again. I miss the little things, football chats on a Saturday afternoon, pulling on the drive and seeing your car in my spot and having to move it when you were going home, making tea for two not three and most of all your dedication to Ethan and Orla. You will always be in our hearts sleep well Doug my farther in law and my friend.

Uncle Douglas was always a pleasure to be with. He always took a genuine interest in us and how we were doing. There was always a real warmth about him. He had a gentle manner, a devotion to others and a lovely sense of humour. He will greatly missed.

Rest in peace Grandad Doug, Orla & I loved you so so much and you will never be forgotten, we will remember every outing, every sleepover, your help with our homework, listening to us read, watching us swim, there's so many things....Our house was your 2nd home & always will be ❤️❤️

My Dad, my hero, my best friend, my world, losing you has left a gaping hole in my life when you went to sleep early hours 27th October whilst I held your hand, this hole will never be filled.
