Percy (Jack) Cook who passed away Peacefully on 10th August 2023 aged 93 years and now reunited with his beloved wife Joyce.
He will be sadly missed by all his loving family.
Sadly missed along life's way,
Lovingly remembered everyday,
No longer in our life to share,
But in our hearts you will always be there.
