Janet….what a wonderful, special, best friendship!! Borne in 1991 from our love for our first child who was at war. Spanning over thirty years we shared so much….holidays, Christmases, good times, and some not such great times, but that’s what best friends do….whatever, whenever, however and for as long as ever. Sleep without pain, all our love, always Bob and Jacki x

Auntie Janet was a truly lovely lady who would give anything to help people. We always had fun and her mischeivous ways and sly sense of humour always made me laugh (except for when she babysat me when I was little and would hide in the bathroom all evening).

She will be missed.

Love
James, Abi, Nell and Josie

We are terribly sorry to hear of Janet's passing and appreciate that the world has lost a wonderful woman hopefully to a fully deserved and wonderful afterlife. We are very sorry that we will be unable to attend the funeral as, although it has been a while since we have met up, she was always central and special to us. We loved her humour and, latterly, her immense strength and fortitude. Beryl and Derrick have been marvellous at keeping us up to date. She is genuinely a loss to humanity and to us all, with love, Liz and Jamie
