Peacefully at home on August 2nd aged 76 years, Joe. The dearly loved husband of Norma (nee Harding). A loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Friends please meet on Wednesday August 16th for a service in St Michael & All Angels Parish Church, Easington Lane at 11.45am. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Lyons Cricket Club for refreshments. Family flowers only donations in lieu if so desired to Prostate Cancer Research. A collection box will be provided at the church. All enquiries to Andrew Grey Funeral Directors. 30 Station Road, Hetton-Le-Hole. Tel: 0191 5265800. Loved and remembered always.

So sad to hear of Joe's passing, I have many fond memories of spending time with Joe and the family when we all lived in Spalding in the late 40's early 50's. Rest in Peace cousin Joe. Thinking of you at this sad time Norma, sincerest condolences. Stewart & Marjorie. xx
