In loving memory of Patrick Anthony Cyril Creamer who sadly passed away on 18th July 2023.
Patrick was the loving husband of Sandra, and proud father of Melanie and Sarah, and Grandfather to Leon and Naomi, William and Katie. Son of Sarah and Arthur Creamer, and brother of David and Margaret.
Born in Nottingham and raised in Abbeyfeale, Ireland Patrick enjoyed the outdoors, helping his uncle on the farm as a child. In later years his passion for gardening kept him happy and busy, creating a beautiful garden at home with Sandra.
Patrick always worked hard and although a joiner by trade, had several jobs including a being a lecturer for a college and a workshop instructor in a Prison, he was also a Community Service Supervisor for the Probation Service. Alongside this with his mastery in joinery he had for a period of time his own decking business.
Patrick had a great love of music and especially anything with a good guitarist, being a bass guitarist himself and starring in his own band ‘The Circle’; playing at various venues over the years with band mates Anita, Nick and Bob.
Family holidays were a regular occurrence over the years, with the children and extended family of Sandra, enjoying visiting Wales, Devon, Cornwall and the North East Coast. He also enjoyed holidays abroad with Sandra, Melanie and Clifford, and sister in law Wendy and husband Tim. And not forgetting the copious family parties over the years with all the extended family and friends!
Always up for a joke Patrick would often regale stories with amusement and a cheeky smile, loving an audience he would even share these with supermarket checkout ladies! He loved comedy programmes including Only Fools and Horses and Mrs Brown’s Boys, and stand up comedians providing a much needed laugh.
A keen film fan Patrick would always be able to recommend a good film or TV Series to watch which would never disappoint.
Patrick will be sorely missed and has left a huge hole for those left behind, and will be forever in our hearts xxxx
