Just heard the sad news of you passing .
We only worked a brief time together but it was clear from day 1 that in a workplace for of wrong uns - you certainly where one of the good guys .
Was so nice to reconnect when we met on the flight to Dubai and you told me things were “not looking good” I will never forgot and always admire how gracious you were with the acceptance of your diagnosis and I am so grateful
to have reconnected with you since then and shared some laughs over wattsapp . We never made that coffee , but we will do it when we meet again .
The world is a darker place without you smiling in it and your positive attitude is something that I will never forget .
RIP mate

To a gorgeous dear friend from both my childhood and life again as a mummy! Not only some amazing times dancing as teenagers (or less dancing in your case) at Balls all over London and Kent, to sharing lots of funny moments during the joys of lockdown and beyond. Memories of your smile, your ‘hello darling’ to your directors chair in your bedroom and ‘Sweet Child of Mine’! And then the shoe closets…oh the shoes Martin and chats about which way the tiles should hang in your bathroom- horizontal or vertical! You will be a shinning star in the next world. Thank you for being a friend and such a gorgeous, kind, sensitive and wonderful chap. Much love xxxxxxx

  • Martin , we were friends growing up, sharing the school coach to colfes everyday and worked on liffe floor after that. I’m totally gutted and sorry I didn’t know mate. You were honestly one of the nicest guys I’ve ever known, always quick to ask how I was. You were strong physically and mentally. I will never forget you or the memories i have of you.i really believe now after the small amount of friends I’ve lost now that God or whoever is up there takes the best ones early. I’ll see you in a few years mate. Love Jamie Charlton 💙💙💙💙💙💙
