Brian Paul Bradley (10 Dec 1946 - 11 Jul 2023)

In loving memory of Brian Paul Bradley who sadly passed away on 11th July 2023.

Brian was a much loved husband to Myra and dad to Shelley and Faye. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, Stanley, Dexter and Isla.

Brian grew up in Folkestone, Kent, with his parents Dorothy and Cyril and his younger sister Myra, and loved living by the seaside.

He was a man of science and worked hard to achieve his BSc and MSc from the University of London while working full time. He was a Chartered Engineer and had a long and varied career in research science, cybernetics and computing which took him all over the world. When he retired he was running his own computing and telecommunications company alongside his business partner Bob.

Brian had a lifelong passion for photography and music, collecting many hundreds of vinyl records.

He supported the Essex Air Ambulance after they came to the aid of his father Cyril, so it is only fitting that we ask for donations to this worthy cause rather than flowers.

The funeral will be at Basildon Crematorium on the 16th August at 14:00. The wake will follow from around 15:00 in the Heritage Barn at Wat Tyler Park, Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, Basildon, Essex, SS16 4UH.
