In loving memory of Peter Anthony Terry who sadly passed away on 8th July 2023, aged 76 years.

Peter was a devoted husband to Linda, a wonderful father to Steven and Jamie and grandfather to Ella, Lyla, Belle and Blake. We will all miss him dearly.

Peter was always a traditionalist however he was not a fan of fuss or stress and strain. To this end, we respectfully request that only immediate family bring flowers.

We appreciate that that this is a testing time for all and should like to encourage you to make a small donation in lieu of flowers to The Medway Maritime Hospital Charity or Cancer Research UK.

These may be made online via this site.

To honour Peter's wishes, please dress comfortably, colourfully and in line with the occasion to celebrate his life.

The family warmly welcomes you all to join us at the Queen's Head in Gillingham from 15H to raise a glass, a smile and spirits.

Love you Dad. x

I was so sorry to see that Peter had died. I have very fond memories of Peter and his parents in Malta 1955-58. The above photo of Peter and me was taken at the Marsa Sports Club Malta during our time there.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Peter's passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences during this incredibly difficult time. We will miss his gentle nature and deep conversations over a glass of wine or two, especially those about the North London Derby.

Sleep well Peter.

Someone as special as Pete will never be forgotten. I will always cherish the memories of time spent together, with our families, at home and on so many fabulous holidays. Pete's gentle, cultured, humour was infectious. He will be sadly missed and my thoughts and love are now with Jamie, Steven and their families.

Dear Dad.

This is the hardest message that I have tried to write to date. Trying to think of things to impress that are not stereotypical or cliched but I have to admit, I'm struggling...

I miss you implicitly. No more chats, rants, arguments, apologies, making up hugs and handshakes but most of all no more Inspector Clouseau nonsensical discussions on our weekends.

You'll always be my Auguste Balls as I will always be your Guy Gadbois.

Fly high in your Silver Hornet and rest in peace.

Love and miss you always.

Jamie xxx
