In loving memory of George Middleton who peacefully passed away on 25th October 2015 at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 74 years.
Loving husband to Pat, much loved stepfather to Tracey, Gary, Neil and Karen a loving grandad to Sarah, Kelly, Scott, Gavin, Richard and great grandad to Oliver.
Much loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
George will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
