In loving memory of Daphne Ann Brown who sadly passed away on 6th July 2023
Our Mum was amazing. Working hard all her life to support her family. From an athlete as a teenager to a ballroom Dancer and throughout her life being very artistic and being known as the Teddy Lady.
She loved her sport and was an avid Man U fan. She also loved to garden but her main passion was her athletics as she competed for her county in long jump and triple jump working towards competing for the olympics but had to retire due to an injury. She was very artistic and made toys and she did this for nearly 50 years.
Her and our Dad worked hard all their lives and in their retirement years enjoyed lots of holidays home and abroad visiting lots of places including the tulips of Amsterdam and many other beautiful places.
We will miss her so much but have got so many wonderful memories. We are so proud of our Mum and all what she did for us over the years.
