Well, it’s the night before we say goodbye to you. The head of our family. When Nan passed you filled those shoes perfectly. Who will keep us all in check now? I hope you’ve handed that baton on!!
Thank you for being an amazing, naughty and hilarious uncle.
You’ll be so missed xxx

Tony & I had the best times, holidays laughter 3 beautiful daughters each.
He started me in golf, & left me to hack around golf course.
I’m grateful for the memories.
He met Celia a very special person.
It’s hard to believe the old gits gone.
I can see that smile of his, that’s what I will remember.
Oh and the special banter.
Rest in peace Tony.

Celia, my sincere condolences for your loss. I hadn’t seen Tony for years but I have the fondest memories of working with him on various sites in London and more locally. We also enjoyed the odd beer together (surprisingly). His laughter was infectious and his cheeky banter regularly had me in stitches. He was a gentleman and a top bloke and will alway be remembered fondly. Sending you and your family much love. X

Celia and family so very sorry for your loss. I think I first met Tony when Celia and I were still at school, always great fun, looking back we were all so young and had great times at darts matches and parties, and of course we all got married around the same time. It’s hard to think that someone you have known for so long is no longer around. I hope there is a heaven, I also hope they let him in!!!! Will be thinking of you Celia at Tony’’s funeral. With much love Lesley and Martyn xxx

I have some fond memories of good times spent in the Starr, lots of laughter, and your laughter was by far the loudest and most infectious. Sending love to his family and friends.
