I first met Reg in 1957 when we were both serving musicians in the Band of the Royal Signals, are friendship continued through the years meeting at band reunions, social gatherings, and visiting Reg and Margaret at their home, Reg is now reunited with his beloved wife Margaret to RIP together. 🙏

This was my Dad's favourite charity which he contributed to every year,right up until the end, ensuring we always had one of their calenders and Donkey Shop gifts at Christmas.
He and Mum used to sponsore one of the donkeys which was called "Simon". A concious choice or just luck of the ee-ore draw? I'll never know.
