Peacefully in hospital, with loved ones at his side, on June 3rd aged 71 years, George (Geordie). The loving husband of Ann, much-loved dad of Michael and Graham, treasured granda of Effie, dear brother of Mary and Jimmy. A loving uncle and good friend of many. Loved and remembered always.

Family and friends please meet on Wednesday June 21st for a service in Durham Crematorium at 2.30pm. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Lyons Cricket Club for refreshments. By request, no flowers. Donations in lieu of flowers kindly received for a charity to be determined by the family. A donation box will be available in the crematorium.
