While I only knew Pat for a short while, she made my shifts at work fly by with her witty sense of humour. We got to share memories of when she was a young girl, and she used to sit in the office and we would discuss her favourite things to bake.. apple pies being one of them! I became very fond of Pat and I will miss her a great deal.
