very fond memories of Liz and her Saturday morning visits to our house in Herschell Road, always on her bicycle.

In later years, there was always a Christmas card popping through the letter box, first of the season at the start of Dec, neatly typed and we always knew it would be Liz.

She will be missed in Leigh on Sea, and in Norfolk (where I live now)

Dom had a great relationship with Liz, they hit on so well. Whilst on holiday recently he looked up in the sky and said the brightest star shining was Liz watching him. He will miss her but knows she'll always be there to watch over him ♥️

Everyone in the local sailing community knew Liz a proper character.I remember one occasion whilst doing race officer duty,I asked Liz what flag should I raise to warn everyone to wear buoyancy aids.Liz said why I said because I need to know,I didn’t realise she meant ‘Y’.
