In loving memory of Terence David (Terry) O'Hara who sadly passed away on 16th May 2023.
Many of you will know that he was very grateful to receive a kidney transplant in May 2013 and always supported Kidney Research UK because of this. The gift of an enhanced quality of life for all those years was only possible because of the amazing work of his renal team at Guys Hospital and the bravery of a family who decided 10 years ago, to donate the organs of a loved one.
If you are able, please donate to Kidney Research UK in place of flowers at the funeral.
