Joan Helen Yeowell (17 Jun 1946 - 25 Apr 2023)

In loving memory of Joan Helen Yeowell who sadly died on 25 April 2023. Joan was a much-loved mum to Mark and Paula, Grandma to Bethany, Joshua, Brin and Niall, and friend to many. Until his death in October 2020, Joan was also the devoted and loving wife of Bernard.

Throughout her life, Joan was dedicated to her family and to her strong Christian faith. In all aspects of her life, including her career as nurse, Joan cared for others, invariably putting other's needs ahead of her own. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Joan's funeral service will take place on Thursday 15 June 11.15am at Emmanuel Church Hawkwell. The family have requested family flowers only and are alternatively asking for donations (using the just giving link above) to Fair Havens Hospice, who provided such wonderful care to Joan and the family during the last few weeks of her life.
