RIX: Ian passed away peacefully at home on 9th April 2023. Much loved son of Shirley, brother of Melanie, husband to Clare, dad to Adele, Aaron and Jasmin, grandad to Ava and Edie and father-in-law to Adam, Caitlyn and Nick. Funeral Service to take place at Waveney Crematorium on Monday 15th May 2023 at 12.00 pm. We have a Norwegian friend that instead of calling somebody a 'good person' she says a 'proper person'.
Ian was a 'proper person'.
It is difficult to believe that Ian will never come through the door of my unit again. It is an absolute tragedy that he has succumbed to this awful illness at such a young age. Ian created a company that is renowned for the quality of it's products and this reputation will now live on.
I did intend to attend the funeral but now unfortunately will not now be able to do so as I have to go to the dentist having spent a very painful weekend with a dental problem. I will be thinking of you
