In loving memory of Barry Peter Milton who sadly passed away on 21st February 2023

Simon Tolson donated £50 in memory of Barry

I too was very sorry to hear of Barry's death. I knew him for over 30 years and did instruct him on some cases etc. I toughly nice guy professionally and socially. Always upbeat but with healthy cynicism too. He is missed.

I will always be grateful to Barry who together with Jane accepted with love my daughter Rebecca into their household for 12 years. I always felt welcome when I went to visit and enjoyed Barry’s company, and his fine cooking !
Rest in Peace Barry, you have left many happy memories for your loved one 😊

I am devastated to hear of Barry’s death. Please accept my deepest sympathies .
I have many happy memories of Barry . Working with him on numerous cases in which he acted as Expert witness was always a pleasurable experience both professionally and personally . We formed a true friendship through our working relationship that lasted well into my retirement .
I recall with great fondness our epic Christmas lunches , latterly at Rules restaurant , marked by excellent food and great wines !
Paul lovelock of Watts and partners once told me how much he enjoyed Barrys company when he came into the office after his retirement and particularly his “ merry quips “ !
I shall miss him more than I can say in particular our Beer and Curry evenings in the Aldwych and our trips to Scotland to see the Scottish Open Golf Championship and to Sandwich to see the Open .
I have nothing but fond memories of Barry . He was a true friend . Sincere condolences to Jane , Peter , Andrew , and J J .
With kindest regards Nigel .

I shall miss him more than I can say .
