In loving memory of Derek Kingdom who sadly passed away on 17th February 2023

On 17th February 2023, suddenly, at his daughter’s home in Honley, Derek aged 82 years. Born and raised in the Holme Valley prior to living in Sheffield and latterly Jordan Springs, Australia. Much loved husband of Yvonne, a loving dad of Allan, Jane and Kirsty, a proud Grandad and Great Grandad, a very dear Father-in-law, brother, uncle and great uncle and a good friend to many.

The funeral will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 17th March at 2.45pm and afterwards at Honley Cricket Club, Far Banks, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6NS.

Family flowers only and donations in lieu of the Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

Always good to see Derek turn up at the local wwearing his local League team, Penrith Panthers and enjoying a schooner with his mates. Will be missed mate.
