In loving memory of Ashleigh Grace Harris who sadly passed away on 6th February 2023, aged 26 years.

Please join Ashleigh’s family and friends in a celebration of her life and accordingly, please dress in bright colours and you are encouraged to express your own individuality.

Later, Ashleigh will be brought home to the island of Guernsey where she was born and her ashes will be scattered in the sea where Ashleigh loved spending time.

At uni, Ashleigh was a friendly face within NTU pride society, and she played a big part in keeping the society running smoothly as Vice President and Transgender Officer last year.

Ashleigh did a lot of voluntary work throughout her life and was always willing to help other people even to the point of getting off a train to assist someone who was feeling unwell – and seeing the train leave with her bag on it!

During the later years of her life, Ashleigh suffered with mental health issues and this highlighted the need for more support for the mental health charities such as Mind, which is the charity we have chosen to support.
