In loving memory of Philippa Mary Payton, who sadly passed away on the evening of Sunday 12th February, 2023, at the age of 70, after a short battle with cancer.

Pip is survived by her daughters, Leila Jackson, Suzanne Back and her neice and nephew, Amber and Oliver Jackson.

She will be greatly missed for her unique sense of humor and immense care for others. She will be remembered by how she inspired others to succeed, showing us that despite her disabilities, anything is possible.

Respects can be paid during her funeral at Medway Crematorium, Robin Hood Lane, Blue Bell Hill, Chatham ME5 9QU on Monday 6th March at 1.30pm. This will be followed by a wake to celebrate her life at The Robin Hood, 364 Common Road, Blue Bell Hill, Chatham, Kent ME5 9RJ from 2.45pm

Pip had talked about wanting to have a party before she passed away, which she sadly never made it to, so as a family we have chosen to wear colourful clothes. However this is just our personal choice and other guests are free to wear what they feel most comfortable in.

We also know she would have wanted to help the amazing hospice where they cared for her in her last days. Therefore we have added the Wisdom hospice as her charity of choice, in addition to flowers.

Sending much love to Sue, Leila and family.

Sending lots of love to Leila, Sue and all the family. I have lots of fond, funny memories of our crazy days with your Mum, who always had a great sense of humour, always up for a laugh - she was the cool mum and felt like one of the girls. Sleep tight Pip…xxx

I have such fond memories with Pip over the years. Sadly none recently. I laugh when I think back to going and seeing her in hospital many years ago while sue was abroad and when I got there we had such a giggle about me trying to find her on the ward. I wish I could be with you for the final party

Me and Michael have fond memories of Pip. Michael loved the way she would tell me off when I said he could not have something. She also use to sneak him biscuits. Those two were pickles together.

I love she always understood me and loved me in some of my darkest hours.

She was a truly generous woman

I’m so Proud to call this woman my Mum. She over came so much… she was so brave and so courageous yet she still had so much to give, so loving and generous and always had a way of bringing humour into our lives. Your in my heart forever and always mum ❤️❤
