In loving memory of Anne Attwood who sadly passed away on 3rd October 2015. She was a dearly loved lady by all her family and friends and those who knew her.
Family flowers only to John Weir, Chatham by 11:00am.
Funeral will take place at Medway Crematorium at 1.15pm on the 30th October.
A Celebration of Mum's life will take place at St Williams Church, Walderslade after the crematorium service.
