Teresa sadly passed away on the 31st August 2015 aged 50.
Beloved Daughter of Maureen and John. A loving Mother to Liam, Sam and Shae and Nan to Joshua. Always in our thoughts until we meet agian, love you always god bless from all the family.
Teresa's Funeral Service will be held on Thursday 8th October 2015 1.00pm at Kingsthorpe Cemetery Chapel followed by interment in Kingsthorpe Cemetery. Flowers if desired may be sent please to The Funeral Home of Kevin Matthews
