Hello Maxime,

I am Derek 2nd eldest son of Ivy. Very sorry to hear that Percy had passed away. He was at our wedding in Coventry (July 1959) and saved us from what could have been a disaster. In the afternoon he drove us to B'ham train station where we were to catch a train to Devon. When we got there my wife realised she had left a small case at the reception hall. Percy drove back to Coventry, retrieved the case and brought it to us at the station a few minutes before the train departed ! He was a wonderful man. Our sincere condolences from all of us in Canada.

My name is Dennis Heath, I am the eldest son of Ivy (Elsie's sister) who was a cousin to Percy, but to my brother Derek and I he was always Uncle Perce. We lost touch when we moved to NZ many years ago but did resume contact later for a few years with another of his cousins Marjorie. I remember him as a strongly built man with a good sense of humour and have only happy memories of him. Please accept our sincere condolences from Den & Elvira, and Paul (our son) and Kerry (his wife) R.I.P. Percy
