It was with such great sadness that my sister & I learnt of Poppy's passing. Mr & Mrs Ward were our next door neighbours in Ilion Street from as long as we could remember, since our earliest childhood. Only years later after our dad & mum had both passed away, over a cup of tea at Poppy's house, did we learn that she & our dad were childhood neighbours in Bull Farm. Poppy was kindness itself and we send our condolences at this sad time to her family.

  • Richard and Karen, Thank You for your donation and kind thoughts at this time. When they made Auntie Poppy they broke the mould as there will never be another one like her.
